took £19.99 out my account for a gem pack but yet did not receive the gem pack and other than the transaction on my bank account there is no other trace of it!, live chat was rude and unhelpful

great game
this game is so satisfying and addicting. i find myself playing it while i have a youtube video in the background. what i dislike is how long it takes for the chalices to refill, and when you pause a level, you have to spend more chalices to resume

I'm so done with this game I can not play it all I have on my screen is shadow dragons & squares with circles in the middle of them it's REALLY annoying I can not do anything si I'm uninstalling

when i first started playing this game it was great, but here recently nothing has been loading on my camp my dragons and everything else keeps saying it cant load due to my internet but i never had this problem in the past ever. it also keeps saying i have an arcane chest to open but i cant even open it bc it doesnt load.
