I signed up for digi a week ago and did it for 30 GB. I don't arrive at 2 GB and they tell me that I have already spent at normal speed. I wanted to contact digi so that they could explain it to me and it has to be in the morning.

The company very good BUT THE WORST customer service that exists when you call being Spaniards they are through the roof arrogance and feeling of superiority n you can have it in such a way that they feel offended and hang up on you n let you talk if you have problems they are constantly defensive if you have any problem and you call upset even worse instead of helping you they will be hanging up or talk to you in a cocky tone The worst customer support there is by far

I've been unable to open the app for a couple of updates. It's left with the white background and the digi logo swirling around. I've already installed and uninstalled several times. The app, when I could access it, seemed quite intuitive and straightforward. It's a shame that it doesn't work anymore, and I'm sure it's from my phone. Huawei Y5 2019 by the way

Just as inefficient as the website
Since there is no way to be answered by phone, I decided to download the app to try to manage a reactivation of the service and the subsequent change of address. Far from being able to do it through the app, which is supposed to make things easier for you, you try to contact through the chat and the exact same thing happens again as on the phone: NOTHING. I'm seriously considering discontinuing service with them and stopping recommending this company. I used to be very happy with them, but now it's even irritating.

I don't know what's going on with the app, the times I needed to recharge it didn't work.since yesterday I can't connect and it's not the first vez.al the beginning of the month also about 5 days I couldn't get in.this is something weird,see if they solve the problem

I've tried clearing cache. The app doesn't want to recognize any phone or email again. Doesn't send password recovery message (even though I know my password) I've tried this just in case as long as it lets me in. It doesn't recognize my password, email or phone number. However, my line works fine. My number is workable and so is the email. The only thing left for me to do is to find a call center to recharge. The website today does not open in any browser.

Navigation with Digi Mobile in the heart of Almeria Capital is not even 3g, a shame. Then they tell you write to such and such a cooreo to solve the problem. When they want to, they give you or take away your speed according to their interests, proven.
