Unable to purchase tickets using this app. Multiple attempts have timed out with the spinning dialog saying the order is being processed. For the extra fees charged, this is not more convenient than purchasing at the park.

Minimum password requirements are incorrect
The minimum password requirements are advertised as an lowercase, lowercase, and at least one number. However, the system will not accept your password unless there are multiple numbers. I talked to customer service who said this is a known bug for many callers but she didn't say she was going to report it.

Please fix for older IOS users
I have to delete and reinstall the app to access my tickets. There is an update available pop up that cannot be closed out. Please fix asap

New Update Does Not Work
Went to check my tickets in the app. I am locked out as it forces me to update to the current version. App will not load, and now I can't access my tickets as the old version cannot be accessed. I should not have to buy a new phone to use my account. Now I will have to login on my pc and print them out. Apparently this is progress.

4th time checking out and none of the payment options work. Says just exit and my tickets will still be there and they are not!!! Over a half hour or so to order 2 tickets and still don't have them. Have to try the mobile ticket site. Don't use this app!
