Constantly Missing items I appreciate your guys delivery system But you need to upgrade or improve something when it comes to counting the items you are delivering to the customer Only this year. I've had 4 incidents where my restaurant order came without the AdditionaL item added I e. Extra fries. Or grocery order arrives with more than 5 big items missing. Yes I did get refund. But you might find that some of the missing items were needed urgently. And aLso refund doesn't come instantly.

I didn't have a problem with this app at first, but now I don't know why but it looks like the app removed my address from the app now I am unable to order my food I'm beyond saddened because this is my favourite food app

Absolutely pathetic response to complaints via the app, that is, there is no response whatsoever. Do better!!

Disappointed
I wish I could give you a review, but the app doesn't want to send me OTP so I can't do my first purchase. The customer whatsapp line is not helpful, I had a tech, Lucan that had no clue what I asked. He was rude in the beginning. Just told me it happens sometime with new users and I must log off, switch my phone off and log in….and thats it! I have battled for two days, I give up. Very disappointed… will have to use Uber eats

Terrible refund system
Instead of taking a page from their biggest competitor Uber Eats and instantly giving you your money back, on MrD you must first go to your in app wallet and request a payout. After you request a payout you must then wait 2 days, during the week, or 5 days if you're unlucky enough to want your money back on a Friday. Quite frustrating
