Now they work with TA is good but the price they giving 0.15 more than NASTC every truck stop I look at fuel discount Mudflap way higher not only NASTC but every fuel card discounts and also they will charge you I believe $700 and the return your money, you have to keep eyes on them . I think they Indian people

So I downloaded the app in I think January, and went to use it and it wouldn't work. Had to go out of my way by 15 miles, and pay full price because what they don't tell you is you need to be “approved” first. So after 30 minutes on the phone, I tiled them all my information and they said I needed to wait a week to be approved. 2 weeks later I went again to use it (assuming it was all set) but Nope! Not approved yet, so I called, waited on hold another 30 minutes, and was told they don't know why I was not approved, everything looks OK? They made the penny transaction with my bank, but not to worry, they will call me back tomorrow to let me know it's OK to use. (NO CALL EVER CAME) Over the next two months I called every two to three weeks and always got the same answer. Sorry, no supervisor here now, but don't worry I will call you back in a few minutes.. huh! Well it's Now May, and I am uninstalling the app! I found Gas Buddy app! They do not need my bank info, I pay the gas station, and it just so happens I have a gas station that is 5 miles from me that has fuel and truck pumps, and is $0.65 cheaper than the truck stops! And it travels with me to tell me where ever I go, where I can get fuel for the cheapest price in the area. No fees, no supervisor, no phones, and no waiting on hold! Thanks anyway, but no thanks Mud-flup!

They ask for your driver license, a selfie, then a selfie holding your license by your face, then verify two transaction they make to your card, then still deny you. Seems like identity theft operation.

They charged more than full posted price is. On May ,6 TA at Tonkawa, price is $3.09/gal , but Mudflap charged me $3.30 . One day earlier they just adding charge of $30.19 for nothing purchased. At that truck stop I purchased fuel at time and charge is correct. Because of that I'm STOP using Mudflap to avoid additional charges.

Terrible customer service, they can never verify the account and they don't give an explanation of what the problem is. They're not trained to solve problems... Very incompetent

It has been about 2 weeks, and I am just lucky enough that I am not driving out of my local area right now, and I have a gas station from Gas Buddy closer than the Mudflap station, that is within 2-3 cents of the Mudflap station that is also a lot further away, so for that reason, I have not been able to use the new account yet. But I will try the account next time I have a need, or the prices changes. I am sorry I had to complain to get the account.

Half the time it just keeps saying oops there's a problem not very impressed

Impossible hold times to get a fuel code, over 12 hours yesterday. Finally got a hold of a guy at 9 pm?

I like the price using the Mudflap App, however, I don't like the $250 hold on my account everytime I use it. If I was to fill up more than once a day say twice that's $500 hold on my account (using my debit card) and then if I needed to use it again the next day that's another $250 hold. Personally I don't carry that much to be available on my account let alone it took 2 days for the $250 hold to come off my account. Very dissappointed
