The app, as it is, doesn't really work well. Going back and forth from different types of messages is nearly impossible without closing the app completely. I thought it would speed up communication between my medical team and I, but it hasn't. getting ahold of my primary care provider is nearly impossible.

aweful your forced to use their pharmacy your forced to schedule through it which is aweful does not work intuitively at all menu system is buggy hard to navigate

It works after you get logged in, its just difficult to get logged in using a password manager, & then its difficult to get logged out again to prevent Android nagging about app still running. Easier to bypass the app & use a browser instead.

Training
Please review the process for updating the notes from medical visits. My visit with Dr Jhavar doesn't have any notes or after visit summary from an appt on May 10, and it is now May13. When We contacted the nurse on call over the weekend, she asked if we were taking the methocarbomal, which I wasn't aware was needed for the pain I was experiencing. Still in pain and don't have any idea why. Received a note on the X-ray results that said to call back in 7 days if still in pain! Received that note on Sunday, the 12th. Please provide more information, muscle or internal organ pain. Thanks!

Why does everyone love My Chart?
*It's difficult to navigate *Messages and their categories are arranged in a way that makes missing messages easy even with notifications *Not all departments can be accessed on My Chart * getting answers to questions is nearly impossible * staff repeatedly say they can't see medications and other information so they need to ask for information which is repetitive. My history is incomplete and inaccurate as reflected in this system. This is a tool that provides a buffer layer that benefits BSW but not the patient. This is a way to have less staff and not meet the demand for more physicians. Maybe Temple is better staffed but BCS cannot meet the demand. Having this system allows delays and discourages people from seeking care. Why does everyone like My Chart? If you're a patient the answer is you don't.
