Cumbersome
It's a very difficult navigate and I cannot send messages to anyone who has not currently sent a message to me. I'm unable to message my caregiver team.
Android

Lately the app has become extremely slow and I cannot load my messages at all. I have about 900 messages in my inbox and I don't think they are equipped to handle heavy users like me. Tried talking to tech support about this and they were useless. Super frustrating experience.

This app is completely unreliable. Such a shame considering the industry & it's potential to help people with chronic illness like myself navigate our multiple doctors, tests/results & prescriptions. Endless login issues, obstacles, & hoops to jump through. Is the security really that unstable?

20+ minutes wait time is absurd.
Tried to call to cancel surgery with Dr. Morehouse. Actually it's close to 25 minutes on hold. I quit because I cannot wait any longer. I did call yesterday and was told no one there could answer my questions now, but assured me they'd call back. Hasn't happened and it's now over 24 hours.

NEW letter
Today, May 15,2024 , I received a text suggesting a new letter in my chart. The letter received was dated August 2023 concerning some COVId announcement which I then immediately deleted. This is the reason why I don't have Notifications from EPIC turned on at my phone. I was actually waiting for a test result from an exam earlier in the week so had turned NOTIFICATIONS on. It only took 24 hours to irritate me. Sad.
Android

It is full of information. It requires logging out each time i view visits. This seems odd. I get emails alerting me of new data. This is a good thing when a team is managing your care.
Android

It is a good app but I should be able to log in under my MHealrh information to scedual an appointment with a doctor's office of my choice when I get referrals to go to one.
Android

It would never work for me it seems like somebody was hacking it every time I put it on my phone.

Website is better and easier to use than the app. Why do we need so many unprofessional unknowledgeable disrespectful and rude girls on my chart? What happened to direct communication between the doctors and patients? Hippa doesn't seem to be working. There's too many nosy people between the doctors and patients. When I call my doctors there is never time to speak with them yet even when visiting the offices they are sitting around lollygagging!! I need to direct communication with my doctors!!!
