Took long
It's unfortunate that the app, which I previously found to be enjoyable, is now experiencing issues with loading or even opening altogether. This has hindered my ability to use the app and has been quite frustrating. I hope these technical issues can be resolved soon so I can continue to enjoy using the app.

Good features but new design hides things
Pretty good app for Chev owners but the new design presented important features up front. Note this are hidden in favor of giving more room to ‘Shop' but that's not why we use the app. The app also requires continually logging in every time. The purpose of having an app on a phone (and not a website) is that it already knows who you are and your device and you just use it. What was a good app had taken a turn downhill for me. Still worth downloading but don't expect too much.

Vehicle Status Unavailable for well over a year
Paying a subscription for a key fob on my phone that barely does that, and no vehicle information for well over a year. Support is no help. Save your money :(

Absolute garbage app. Doesn't work 99% of the time I try to start my truck, or even find it on the map. Just freezes up and doesn't work.
