It's the worst app ever, 90% of the time I have to log on to the portal on a desktop site because the app crashes every time. The other thing is I get a constant notice stating it's under maintenance. It's not it, just isn't working

Poorly developed. Unacceptably slow. Back button from anywhere will take you to the home screen. Test much ?

The app will not stay logged in
The last thing I need to deal with at the doctor's office is an app that is constantly logged out. No matter how many times I log in, this app is always logged out when I need it and does not save my password for some reason. Have to open my laptop anytime I need anything, including my insurance card.

Buggy/Doesn’t work
When you log in and attempt to use the different button for claims, coverage, etc. they don't work. Same with the buttons within the chat. Horrible app

The app is sooooooo bad. It's laggy and hangs on Pixel 8 and iPhone 14.

This is absolutely the worst App I have ever used ! So cumbersome. Does not give info needed abs when connected with chat... even though you are typing... they continually disconnect the chats ! It's happened NUMEROUS times.
