Fairly easy to use
Like another reviewer (duece) said, it was it was fairly easy to set up and saves information. It did not remind me to upload a picture of the bill. Luckily, the reviewer did mention this task!

So many bugs
So many bugs! My list of transactions is never loading despite closing / reopening the app multiple times. I always have to switch to the desktop website.

Do not select this vendor
Do not select this app if you want your employees to be able to submit reimbursements without difficulty and spending a lot of time. Optum support within the app is also not very helpful. The Agents indicate they are not given tools to fix problems with their app nor can they get members of leadership to address the issues.

This app is easy to navigate through and guides you step by step. It does freeze sometimes and I have to start over but not often.

Login
The login process is annoying. Passwords should be available to save and facial recognition should be available too. I have those abilities with my bank and credit cards which have more sensitive information.

Easy app to follow
It is easy app to follow, would have gotten 5 stars if it would remember reoccurring payments to accounts to pay instead of having to enter info each time.

Investment center
Maybe it's just me, but getting into the investment center from the app is a nightmare. Most of the time it just shows the white screen.
