Doesn’t work
This app doesn't allow me to sign in. Ever since they revised it to include the two-step sign in, I can't access my vehicle. I never receive the code that's required. Don't you just love the to-step sign in for wonderful security? It used to "kinda" work - sometimes, though often my wife would return home before I was able to "find the vehicle" on their map to see if she was done shopping. Thanks for nothing, GM.

Won't let me log in, says it will email me a code but that code never comes. Fix this asap

Was great pre update. Everything was working fine. Now with the extra security code required to log in, I get a constant error message and the app is useless. If it ain't broke don't fix it GM!! This is horrible. I've been loyal with GM and OnStar since 2003 . Not good for customer retention.

Service should be free
Friends and family members own vehicles of various brands that each offer vehicle app controls for free, charging for basic unlock/lock functions or even vehicle status is greedy.

Although it's convenient to be able to start my car. The lag when I activate a botton is ridiculous. Why dies it take MINUTES to do what I asked for? Oh and app keeps crashing. I've barely had the app downloaded for 12 hrs

Hello, Have been using this app since 2022 and over the last few weeks it will not load. Called onstar and they are trying to assist but to no avail. I have the latest software on my iPhone and have deleted and downloaded the app multiple times and still doesn't work. Please assist!

The app used to work great. Something has happened and it's no longer functioning. I've uninstalled several times trying to get it to work. It keeps looping the same video of the GMC vehicle and won't even go to the log in page. Please fix!

GMC changes the app all the time. just when you figure it out they make everything different. The app now wants to send two part verification email code. Every time I log into this app something has changed. By the time you get through all this you may as well just walk over to your vehicle and use the fob to start your vehicle.
