Substitution process
It is beyond frustrating for families of my size who put in a very long grocery order for curbside, to get notified that there were substitutions made but there is nothing marked specifically for when they give you LESS of an item you ordered . It is the straw that breaks the camels back when I plan my families meals out but when it comes time to make them now I'm shorthanded because I was notified of a substitution but I'm left to GUESS out of the MANY things on my list WHICH one it is in the moment and in the end after paying SO much extra for curbside or delivery, have to make the freakin trip inside the store anyways and find the item that supposedly wasn't there before

Worst Update
Worst update to date. When you search items each row use to have two items and now it's one long list making it harder and longer to look for the product you want. Wouldn't be surprised if sales went up after because people didn't want to waste time scrolling and scrolling and scrolling. Not to mention prices never match. Thanks heb

Beyond frustrating
So frustrating that I pay extra for delivery and a driver's tip only for items to be missing from my order almost EVERY time. There has to be a better process for H-E-B to help prevent this from happening so frequently. Now I can't even request a refund as easily on the app because of this update. Ridiculous!

Consistent delivery issues
There's a bug causing the delivery address on delivery to show as the store address. Because of this no one will deliver the orders 0 stars until this bug is fixed

New Larger icons for items are too big
The new larger icons reduce how much we can view on the screen. Now it's an endless scroll session. I will browse less and focus on just typing in the names of what I want or hopefully scanning in a previous bar code. The older view was better, or offer a way to switch the icons to smaller version.

A family of 7’s review
This app is really nice! Pros: shopping for coupons is super convenient. I only shop for pickup. Cons: once you've ordered and need to add something you forgot, you can no longer shop the coupons.

Minimal Information
While I am grateful and appreciate having the option to order online for pickup, I wish there were complete nutritional information for the products. Even a photo of the label would be helpful. I would spend way more money if I knew what was in a lot of the items. I need it for diabetes control but there are tons of other reasons these days to have the complete data on hand. Some need higher protein, some are limited on sodium intake, some like to know the fat, while I need to know the carbs and fiber. It's so annoying finding a product you'd like to try and have to go on some fact finding mission to find the nutritional information outside of the app. Please update your items. I know this is a huge undertaking but it would help so many of us with dietary restrictions. We'd also spend more money with you instead of a competitor that does list the full values.

Love the app; needs one feature
I love this app - love that it sorts by aisle automatically, love that it's usually really up to date of something is temporarily out of stock. But one feature that I so badly wish it had was a “share” feature. We have a few people in our household that make HEB runs, and currently we have to screenshot our list and text it to them. Allow us to share lists with other shoppers, please!

issues ordering
i've never had an issue when placing orders till recently. i'm busy so the app is convenient but recently i can't finalize my order when checking out. it keeps saying the card cannot be authorized. not too sure why but it's been doing this for a month now.
