Should be no star. App is as worthless as the Humana company. Employees don't return calls to help find providers, don't provide accurate information. Complaint filed with Medicare.gov Humana refused to provide directory of providers, refused to provide information on my plan, and do respond to written complaints as required. Terrible app and company only wants to make money not provide healthcare.

This app just doesn't work. It always tells me that the image of my card is not available and that a list dental providers is also not available. If this doesn't get fixed I will cancel my insurance and go with another company. There is lots of competition.

OTC info doesn't work Hard to navigate The app is cluttered with nonsense and no buttons where you need buttons.

Barely works the way it should and always crashes. Something about the vision side of it that never work.

A lot of dysfunction in this app. Often different thi is say "failed". Frustrating. Overall it is just not smooth with many things not working off & on.

No “price a medication”
For Pete's sake, add a price a medication tab on the app. CenterWell pharmacy, which you all are always wanting me to use, doesn't have that either. I find both this and CenterWell pharmacies apps worthless!!! Why are you making it so hard? And you wonder why I hate this app.

Horrible app..... trying to get prescription pricing. Only half the page is shown. I try to tilt my phone sideways and the app closes saying Humana app has a bug and needs to close
