Awful when are you going to look after customers. I have spent hundreds of pounds with you and received nothing by return I also as a pensioner cannot understand buying 2 products for a cheaper price. Why can you not sell both products at a cheaper price. Aldi and Lidle prices are so much cheaper than yours. Very disappointed in Morrisons.

Poor rewards programme at Morrisons and that's why I've switched back most of my shopping to another supermarket that I used to use. Morrisons went down hill after being bought by Americans and destroying their rewards programme around the pandemic.

Worst supermarket app for redeeming points, In app I scanned the code then noticed I had enough points for a fiver, so had to then convert the points to a voucher, this is all so easy to do on the Asda and Tesco apps but it now had to email me a code for some reason to input into the app, had to find the code which I then put into the app and it said the fiver was ready to use the next time I scan my card, I scanned my card and it said it wouldn't accept the scan as it had already been scanned

Activation of rewards
What a waste of time, never receive points anymore. Thinking of deleting, as of NO benefit to me. I will do more of my shopping elsewhere.

Why do I need sign in so often
Guessing some update has made the app upset if notifications are not allowed so by asking for sign in virtually every time the app is opened and part of that is accepting notifications is part of sign in is the reason. The app works though actually reaching the needed purchases for points has month by month become harder. If you want access to people information on purchasing you do need reward financially and the business is failing on this aspect
