Can't for the life of me log in or even reset my password due to constant server issues. All because the app has the tendency to sign me out when I don't access the app for a certain period. You guys need to sort this trash out as it makes me want to watch movies in a different cinema that is NOT odeon in the future

If I could give 0 stars I would.
The app hardly ever works and it's a pain to get into every time. Even if you say that you want to stay logged in, the app logs you back out. Then when you try and log in, it tells you that your password is wrong MULTIPLE times, blocks you from logging in even though the password was correct the whole time!! It's very inconvenient and frustrating, especially if you have to make a new account. And to top it all off, it often does this whenever you switch from wifi to data. Good luck accessing your paid for tickets in the app at an odeon cinema, since it practically logs you out at the door. If I released an app like this I would be embarrassed. I could do better and I have no app making experience.

The app is really good for booking films ahead and being able choose my seating before I go and get to see early screenings ( for some reason keeps signing me out)
