Does not hardly work at 76 stations
I recently went on a roadtrip where I drove over 1,000 miles and had to fuel up several times during the tour. Regrettably, I was only able to successfully use the app once out of five fill ups to activate the pump and get the discounted rate at different 76 stations. In one instance, I tried selecting the ”pay inside” option because the app would not authorize the pump, however the attendant had no clue how to provide the discounted rate. Also, the bar code did not scan either. Very disappointing!!!

Waste of time
App wouldn't let us pay at the gas station. Tried multiple times. Complete waste of time.

the app worked great. now it just keeps saying the pump is not available, at any station we stop at. Help us Please, I will change to 5 stars if app will start to work again. Please help

Terrible!!!! This app has only worked a couple of times in the past year. Mostly it puts you hundreds of feet from the station. If you go inside to pay with the app, it says denied, and you have to use the Phillips physical card anyway.

Recently there's been some kind of issue where we try to pay at the pump with the app, and it says "problem with your network" for both my phone and my husband's. We have two completely different phone service carriers, so I can't imagine that's actually the issue. Please fix it!! It's been a great app up until this problem and we can't use it if we can't pay with it!!

App is cool but stations not educated so useless
The app is great in large cities but small towns where I live the cell service is bad and the app barely works if at all. The in store app works about 1 in 10. The stores do not know how to accept the QR code and many of the stations equipment is just too old. I like the discount but hate the hassle

Works unreliably
This app tends to be as likely to fail as work. Count on wasting lots of time at Phillips 66 / Conoco / 76 gas stations, so you'll pass the competition. Customer service is rude and unhelpful.
