I'm having major issues with Bluetooth when playing music, constantly kicking in and out. I have completely cleared the app and Bluetooth and paired them again. I have gone to the audiologist, and they contacted customer service. They stated that to make all kinds of changes to my phone setting. Sound ,buttons, and so on. It's very frustrating that I have to accommodate my phone to the app. The app should accommodate my phone. At this point, I would not recommend this app to anybody. I deleted

Needs Improving
Might be me, but whenever I save a customised programme, the app always defaults to auto. Apart from that, all good.

I use the hearing aids related to this app and have experienced over the last week the following: The app failed and subsequently reloaded with the following, The hearing aids had to be reconnected. The contact with the phone on music didn't work. The app froze and became unusable and had to be reloaded-yes I have avoided checking out the facilities in case it happens again. Not Impressed I have solved the app problem, but the streaming service will not load

Somewhat disappointing functionality
After many years of being very satisfied with Phonak-HG, I am impressed by the rather disappointing function of the app in the current, current iOS (17.5) in conjunction with a bilateral Naída L70-PR hearing system. The highlight at the moment is that when the app is active and running in the background, the voice output fails in Apple's map navigation with CarPlay ... In addition, there is slow start of the app and instability. I would like to see some development work there.

Too unreliable
The functionality of the app is ok when it works. But too often I run into problems connecting the hearing aids to my iPhone or iPad (running latest software updates). The correct procedure to do this is incomprehensible. Sometimes it works and my two hearing aids get connected via LE Bluetooth and the right one also via normal Bluetooth. (That is THREE Bluetooth connections to tun the system) But then one of the three disconnects (randomly) and is impossible to restore. Switching off the hearing aids and the phone sometimes helps - sometimes not. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app sometimes helps - sometimes not. Etc. I have spent hours, days, weeks and months trying to figure out a reliable procedure to do this. Must say I am sick and tired of Phonak.

When it works, it's great, but contecting to bluetooth is a pain. I have learned to restart the phone. If that fails, uninstall and reinstall the myPhonak app.

MyPhonak great MyPhonak App rubbish
I've read all the reviews and phonaks responses and the truth is the app is rubbish it keeps disconnecting from my hearing aid. I've tried all the recommended procedures to reconnect and the only thing that ever works is to delete the app and reinstall it I've done it 3 times this week. When it works I have no issues it does everything I need and more, so come on guys have a word with someone and get your act together.

The new myPhonak comes with improved functionality and a new design to make your hearing experience as seamless and as tailored to your needs as possible. myPhonak provides you access to enhanced hearing controls and personalization options for your Phonak hearing aid(s) in addition to tracking your health data.*

The Remote Control enables you to easily make changes to your hearing aid(s) to suit your personal preferences for various listening situations. You can easily adjust the volume and various hearing aid features (e.g., noise reduction and microphone directionality) or select pre-defined programs according to the different listening situation you are in. Additionally, you can make quick adjustments to the pitch of the sound in the equalizer by using the presets (default, comfort, clarity, softer, etc.) or more personalized adjustments using the sliders (bass, middle, treble). 

The Remote Support allows you to meet with your hearing care professional through a live video call and have your hearing aids adjusted remotely. (by appointment) 

Numerous functions are available within the Health section such as Steps* and Wearing time*, including Optional goal setting*, Activity levels*, Heart rate tracking**, Distance walked and ran***.
