Very poor placement of parcel box
The parcel box in Thalleveien is so secluded that you have to be familiar with the local area to find it.

The number was not on the parcel box before I pressed "open ground box" so it was a bit confusing. But otherwise okay.

Not satisfied
The package I received was torn. But it is annoying and bad service that you have to have a separate app for all services; lots of logins with new passwords. Hope I don't get a lot of parcels from Postnord

The app is probably ok, but (1) unclear instructions on which permissions to grant ("nearby devices") and REALLY ANNOYING that PostNord just decides to deliver at an automat 10x further away from my address than the nearest shop where I could pick up the parcel. I don't want another mobile app, and especially not one named "my..." something (so you can't even find it by looking at P in the alphabetic listing...yes, the intuitive thing to do is to look for PostNord.

Every time I give you a second chance, you fail...
That PostNord is still allowed to continue is incomprehensible to me. Useless app, almost slower delivery than if I were to do it on foot, the packages are poorly processed and generally overpriced. Now it's over and out for me, I'd rather pay extra with others.

Problems opening hatch
Had to try x number of times to open the hatch. This is not the first time I have experienced this problem with Postnord's parcel lockers. With the postal parcel box, there are rarely such problems.
