Poor Connectivity
It doesn't stay connected to WiFi and continuously stays offline! If I would have known I would have went with a different garage opener! Ver disappointing…

Forces you to view advertisements on the main screen. So I pay for the equipment and then have to watch ads that force me to scroll to see my devices.

Was working well but
It now gives me errors all the time. I changed my password and still errors. I can't log in or control my opener. I use it often as my kids leave door open when going to school.

App does what it's supposed to about 10% of the time. When trying to view camera while away from home, it fails to load most of the time, even with a strong wifi connection.

Everything worked fine until 2 days ago, now my q says cookies are turned off. not so, Uninstaller my app, reinstalled, my q still not working.

Please fix volume for notifications
Love the app but if you have headphones on without playing music or sound, if your notification goes off it blares it at full volume, very loud with headphones. Other than that great app and product

Takes a long time to simply open, all you get is that spinning circle, also it randomly deletes a garage door on my app and my wife's. Overall very frustrating
