Wait time
Have waited over an hour & employee say that they are running late becuz they don't have enough employees. They have come out to say that it will be a 3 to 4 hour wait. Need to get more employees asap!!!

App doesn’t have any of my current information
I cannot see my test results even though I received an email saying my results are ready? My more recent appointment dates are also not included in the App or account when I login, even though I make all my appointments through the App? This includes my appointment and test from yesterday morning? App and technology from Quest has been very disappointing…

wastes time, difficult to use
by the time I finished filling out the insurance information my appointment was not scheduled with an error message” this time is no longer available”. this leaves me with the impression that quest does not respect my time.

App Review
When typing in the insurance number, it should say to leave out any dashes that are in the number. Other than that, I like being able to enter my insurance information on the app instead of waiting until I get there, I like being able to schedule my appointments on here & I like the information that is put on here.

Pretty good app besides the scheduling appointment
Your info should be saved in your account instead of having to reenter insurance and contact info when booking an appoint while signed in.

Made booking an appointment easier for me…
…and like having my results land in the application when they are processed. It didn't do a perfect job with auto-complete of my information so a lot of typing was needed. Not a deal breaker but would be nice addition.
