Update
I get get the Update to load!!! One TV working - the other NOT - for over 2 weeks! What is the issue? Joined Spectrum in December -has been nothing but PROBLEMS!! Poor Customer Service!! System only works part of the time! Please respond!!!

Look for another provider if you can
Spectrum hasn't worked since we first got it installed years ago! Their equipment breaks all the time and even does weird things that technicians can't explain, they comment that “there's no reason it should do that, but we can replace your equipment”. If I did that every time there was a glitch I would see Spectrum technicians more than I see my cat! Not to mention the cost is so high now for less and I feel like looking into satellite which makes me shudder! Save yourself the trouble and try to look elsewhere!!

Non working app
I tried to pay my mobile on the app but it hadn't let me log into my account for a week now. How am I supposed to pay my bill if I can't call them or log into my account. Terrible.

My spectrum app
There is no way to see my full plan details it the app. It just showing me that my plan is Internet ultra 500mbs. But what's mu UPLOAD speed? Probably should call or go to the office to to obtain such a simple information.
