This app is a joke. Doesn't save log-in information properly, so even though I opt to save my sign in information for easy access, every time I log in, I need my password. Now, I can't even get into do anything on my account as it asks me for the verification code sent to my app. I can't get to it because I am already in the app!!! I wish there were more than 2 options for Internet in this province. 😕

App sucks
More than half the time this app does not work. Doesn't matter if you're trying to arm the alarm or disarm the alarm. It's useless. Please fix.

Your app doesn't work. I'm eligible for a new phone or offers but I get Oops messages and I cannot get a phone or offers. This has been going on for over 6 months now. Please fix your app or whatever it is thats not working. Have to call in and people have no clue what's going on. I miss out on offers and you DO NOT HAVE 5G as you claim. 99.9% of the time I'm on Lte and only 2-3 bars. I've called to complain but to no avail!!!

Can no longer use app version included on phone; update doesn't run either. I'm losing out as a paying customer for no good reasons - just poor QA from telus failing to support hardware they handed out.

App always logs me out and I forget my passwords due to medical reasons.
