Super Glitchy
Always have issues with navigation. Today it has decided that if I want to see any of my profile information and leave the main dashboard that it won't allow me to go back. Have to close the app and log in again. Never works properly. Seriously Toyota??? Do better.

Unacceptable Payment Methods
I want to use my credit card to receive my rewards points; instead, Toyota disallows credit card payments and collects credit that should go to me. I am paying double payments and have excellent credit. This is corporate greed, not ethical customer service.

Complete lack of competence
We paid off our 2019 Highlander in early February. Its been 3 month and they sti cannot seem to get us the title that they are obligated to provide. Its so ridiculous….. I am just lost For words at this point. I'm very spend 3-4hrs on the phone begging and pleading to have them send it. Its May 13th 2024. And this is the 3rd car our business has purchase. Never again Toyota Financial!!
