The only thing I'm not really a fan of is that there ALWAYS seems 2 be a problem w/the app itself, be it connection or pulling up any info. Whatever bug is going on w/this app, please get it fiXed. ThanX.

I don't know who they paid for fake reviews. App barely works. Since they forced FiOS into the app, it really doesn't work. Been trying to look at my plan to readd YouTube TV. Cancelled but still paying. Nothing works. Can't change my plan, can't look at anything. Website doesn't work either. Just like you can't redeem none of their sign up offers. Typical Verizon scams.

I constantly have issues using this app on the pixel. Constant issue with signing in to the point I'm forced to use the website which gets just as buggy. Unless it's a text message I'm never able to approve a rep working with me.

I don't Kno how nobody has taken them to court for giving a quote on monthly payments and you get into the first month and the payment is 1 to 200 hundred dollars more, expected n half a month
