HORRIBLE COMPANY TO BE WITH
They are very condescending and non helpful they will literally keep repeating the SAME lines to you over and over! They barely have English speakers who understand you they DO NOT LISTEN to understand your problem they listen to RESPOND with their already promoted lines and NO HELP! And the supervisor Juan is even more condescending and a WASTE of time!! There's always a problem with this company but NEVER anything that they can do about it! DO NOT USE THEM! If you do make sure to have ANOTHER BANK ACCOUNT WITH A TRUSTED BANK and DO NOT KEEP YOUR MONEY SITTING WITH WISELY!

Stpdass annoying app asks too many questions. Isnt it enough that i enter my own username & password? NOPE it wants to verify by sending a code to a phone number i no longer have so i have to go thru the hassle of contacting customer service to straighten that out. As well as asking a bunch of other questions (ssn/dob)🤦‍♀️JUST LET ME LOG IN!

DO NOT BANK WITH WISELY, THEY HAVE HAD MY ACCOUNT LOCKED FOR TWO MONTHS AND HAVE MADE ME HOMELESS AND RUINED MY CREDIT ABSOLUTELY AWFUL COMMUNICATION AND TIMELINESS. I CANT BELIVE HOW LITTLE THEY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. ALL 100 PERCENT AN ERROR ON THEIR PART AND THEY DESTROYED MY LIFE OVER IT.

Mywisely has not been opening
I've had this app for almost a 8 months, at first everything was working fine; but for the last couple weeks , it has not even open up anymore. It stays on a loading screen then does not open up. It tells me to An error has occurred. Please close the App and launch it again. If the problem persists then contact support (Network error -1001).”
