Please fix this bug
If you open / click on a transaction within your current account. If you swipe the screen back it freezes. You can't exit the view and go back to your statement. It's an absolute pain and been an issue for a couple of months now.

It has begun asking for personal information with no explanation of why. The button opens a browser (why not in-app?) and delivers a 404 error. A new low of incompetence from Nationwide?

App has gone from a really straight forward ui and perfect functionality. To an update every time I log in and a less simple layout. For seemingly no reason you have ruined it

App keeps going down
Its seems like every other day this app goes down and its actually becoming a joke, this app keeps going down wether its for maintenance or just because its down its all the time and always at the most inconvenient times why cant it go down over night at 1-2 am why does it have to go down at 8:30 its becoming rather annoying. Other than that the app is great just fix the problem with it going down.

So I changed my long term bank to nationwide from Lloyd's I use the app more than anything as my local branch is either closed or has massive queues with the 2 tiny counters they have. This app is awful you have to use the card reader every time I don't get notifications of money going in or out no cheque function card function contacting is difficult through the app. This app is probably the worst I've seen in terms of functions quite pointless really might just close my account and switch back

Used to be OK before update. Always wants my card reader again for making payments and the worst thing is the size of the font.. its so large everyone can see your bank balance

My app isn’t downloading
If your app isn’t downloading or seems to be stuck, to fix it:
1. Go to your phone’s settings and choose Apps > Google Play Store > Force stop
2. Then choose Storage > Clear cache
