Disgusting pay-to-win app. Why did I have to put all my information and waste my time before realizing you are FORCING us to buy your product before we can use the app?! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

I don't trust this app to work at all, you pay for a thermostat, test strips and a subscription only for the app to give you like 90% red days every month that constantly scoot over a day every day, if you want to get pregnant it's a guessing game and if you want proper intimacy you can hope for once a month if at all.

There is no way you can use it with oura ring does not work !!
I can't link it to my oura ring!! He tells me yes and when it comes to choosing the device he only gives me the option of the thermometer and the Apple Watch I bought the oura ring to be able to have this application !!

Good for period track - NG preggo setting
I used this app to get pregnant, it was awesome at tracking my period and has great information for understanding my body. However, I noticed once you change to the preggo setting, it is very confusing and has little information. I found free apps were better to use. I will consider getting this app again in the future to help track my period.

Should've read the reviews first. While it sounds like a great concept, not a fan of the costs and you have to create an account before it even gets to the subscription part. That would've been nice to see first before I wasted my time. It gave off the impression that maybe it would be free to an extent and certain extras may require a subscription, honestly I would've preferred that.

Extremely buggy
I'm not sure why this app has so many good reviews, but if you're planning to use the thermometer (instead of Apple Watch or Oura ring), don't bother. The thermometer almost never pairs successfully with the app, so it's not possible to use the app for real-time monitoring of ovulation. I can get mine to pair maybe once or twice a week. It does save your temperature readings and allow you to sync the data later, which is nice, but still negates the core functionality of the product. Also, the app doesn't understand timezones, so if you travel a lot (like I do), it will mess up your data - even if you're taking your temperature at the equivalent time that you would at home, it will save as a different time because you're in a different time zone. (Eg if you're usually on PST, the app will interpret 9am EST as 9am PST, rather than 6am PST.) This has become such a frustrating part of my morning routine. It takes ~10+ minutes on the days I want to pair the thermometer.

Lack of information before purchasing
If I knew I had to purchase LH tests in addition I would have just done my own tracking and not bothered paying for this. Can't even refund. Tracking isn't good. I have used it for 2 months now and it doesn't predict when my period is coming so I cannot trust it for ovulation days. Waste of money. Invest in separate thermometer and educate yourselves in tracking. So annoyed. False marketing.

Do not rely on this method
I have regular 29-30 day cycles and this app is horrible at predictions. Despite rigidly following the app and being extremely careful I ended up with a pregnancy (which had turned into a miscarriage by the time I found out) due to a medication I was on. Don't waste your money on this as they also do not provide refunds!! Disgusting refund policy.

Extremely buggy
DO NOT BUY THIS SERVICE!! I'm not sure why this app has so many good reviews, but if you're planning to use the thermometer (instead of Apple Watch or Oura ring), don't bother. The thermometer almost never pairs successfully with the app, so it's not possible to use the app for real-time monitoring of ovulation. I could get mine to pair once or twice a week when I first started using the product, but it no longer works at all. What's even worse is that NC's customer support is just as buggy. There's no way to speak to their customer service team. You get stuck in an endless loop of account verification. The app also doesn't understand timezones, so if you travel a lot (like I do), it will mess up your data - even if you're taking your temperature at the equivalent time that you would at home, it will save as a different time because you're in a different time zone. (Eg if you're usually on PST, the app will interpret 9am EST as 9am PST, rather than 6am PST.) Lastly, the thermometer is loud. It beeps loudly, so it will wake up anyone you're sleeping with, on top of the data it records being useless. This has become such a frustrating part of my morning routine. It takes ~10+ minutes on the days I want to pair the thermometer. This product is SUCH a waste of money.

Natural Cycles is more than just a birth control app, the app Natural Cycles also helps users who are trying to conceive with natural family planning.. Natural Cycles can help you plan a pregnancy by tracking your basal body temperature to predict ovulation and tell you when you are most fertile. As you continue to enter your temperature, our algorithm will understand your cycle better and can predict ovulation to tell when you are most fertile.

Measure your body temperature with a basal thermometer and add your data.
Natural Cycles works by users taking their basal body temperature each morning and then adding your data into our app to help us analyze your menstrual calendar. Your temperature changes during your cycle are significant in predicting your fertile window. A basal thermometer is included with our annual subscription or can be bought as an add-on to our monthly subscription.

The app supports syncing with Apple Health.
