Stuck on log in screen
I am trying to sign up and then log in but I can't get past the first screens of log in vs sign up. I click on my gmail account and give the required info but it keeps bringing me back to log in vs sign up. I have an iphone 11 pro. If you fix it i might try again and fix my review.

It looks great and super useful, but I wasn't able to create an account. I tried using google and manually creating one, but all I got was am error message.

Don’t use app
I just downloaded app. I tried signing up with Google account. Which worked but it won't sign me in. So NerdWallet has all my info but I can't use the actual app. So it seems super scammy to me. You take all my info but won't let me use the app. DO NOT GET THIS APP ITS A SCAM.

New Update broke login
They just came out with an update to stop logging people out but now everyone who tries to login is sent straight to sign up and you can't sign in. Other friends are seeing the same thing after update.

Love the app, very user friendly and I use it everyday. The information sometimes isn't populating in Net Worth and, now that upcoming bills is only available on the app, I can't see next month total bills amount anymore. I also wish there were more connections. For example, American Express changed their personal savings and I can no longer connect.

Won’t let me log in!
Only been on the app for two months. Only started because Mint quit offering their app. Today it can't verify my credentials! I have been using fingerprint ID! It gives me the check mark and “Success!” Pop up, along with an orange/pink popup saying it can verify my “credentials.” I used “forgot password,” it sent me a link to reset my paw, and again gave me the same message, Hiw do I reach anywhere to cancel my account? have I been hacked?

Can't use the app
I'm trying to sign up, it leads back to the splash screen. I got a notification from the email client welcoming me into the app so I assumed it did sign up I tried signing in it asked for authentication one time code and everything and then it sends me back to the splash screen without actual message of the error if there's any

Good overall but some bugs
I like this app overall for tracking my spending and money across multiple banks. The feature I find most helpful is being able to track net worth as I have expenses that come from multiple different accounts.I really like the overview but the bugs can be annoying. In the last couple months I've had unlink and relink my accounts multiple times because transactions weren't coming through even though the app showed them as linked. Bill feature is a work in progress. The transactions do pretty well but sometimes Venmo/zelle stump the app.

I cannot give a long time review since I just got it to download, but I can say when I had trouble the other day they responded to my original post very quickly. App seems great so far, will update if something changes.
