Stock availability incorrect
Often showing items as in stock and when add to basket says out of stock. Also the filter on In Stock items doesn't work

Great clothes awful app. Why cannot I add items as favourite?? Edit: worst shopping app I have used so far, and I use a lot. Usually something will break and order cannot be placed. Made me give up on ordering more than once.

There is no order number provided and it's impossible the cancel order once placed due to mistake (even after contacting customer service).

Awful experience. Switched to the app as the website is just terrible and has been for some time now, turns out both are equally as bad. Filled my cart (with difficulty), then go to pay using several vouchers I have been gifted and there is literally now way to put these on your account, despite the 'help' (LOL!) section advising you can. Next have been in the game for a long time, how can they have gotten this so wrong?! Not sure where the 5 star reviews are coming from!!!
