I don't often take the time for a review, but after missing my train several times because the tickets are only in your mail after 30 minutes and because it is impossible to log in, I do it anyway

Simple and straightforward, with a critical problem
The app is well-organized and does what it is intended to do. But, unfortunately, the app often refreshes in the background, so that the travel advice you had open is suddenly gone. This is extremely inconvenient, especially when you are already on the road and when you need the previously opened travel advice the most, for example when transferring, the app has suddenly been reset. For an app like this, that's not acceptable and something would have to be built in to prevent it.

Violation of cookie legislation.
Every time I buy a ticket, it is automatically checked that I want to be kept informed about all kinds of uninteresting spam that you email. Even if I turn it off, the check mark will be back on next time. This wasn't the case in previous versions of the app. This is in violation of the cookie legislation. The check marks for e-mails should not be automatically checked during the purchase. Please adjust, otherwise I will report this.

App freezes when I click on train details. Removed the app and reinstalled it, problem remains. Phone (S23) is up to date. Please get a fix!

Good app only often bugs still
The ns app is a good app but I still notice that there are bugs in it because at a certain time the app cringes and I have to log in again and again

The app is in overall normal. But the ns service is absolutely terrible. Trains always delayed and canceled with no reason. You definitely cannot rely and build you daily schedule with such an outrageous performance. Tickets costs are higher than everywhere. Stability and reliability is the worst ever I experienced.
