Good pool of autos, terrible app!
Always reliable to find autos but app never loads to show the number and OTP-Ride details. Been like this for over a year! Improve it!!

Poor service quality
I can never seek help from the authorities because of their chatbot. I can only select the problems that they provide in options. You cannot describe the entire problem faced and nobody calls you from the service centre and check upon the customer. Worst service quality. At least other apps have the option to give the details about the specific ride or issue.

Dishonest business, shows wrong
Buggy app, login, phone pin are permanent hassles. Don't see way to add card payments. Ride shows wrong times. Always shows ride as 1min away before booking, after booking you end up waiting for 30min.

Unfair charge
Driver can change any amount they want. There is no transparency with pricing. Uninstalling this app right now.

Cheating Driver cannot be reported
A driver cheated me with a very higher amount and the app just keeps saying the amount might vary. So you protect a corrupted driver and don't have a way to contact you or complain about the driver. Wow great customer service! Way to go!

Worst service, worst app
I booked a ride and i selected online cash payment but driver told to give me cash i have given him cash along with the tip, but the app still shows outstanding balance, the driver told he will put it as paid but it still appears as an payment pending

Useless lately
Uninstalled because I look for an auto/cab and it starts giving me ads for food delivery, but a travel booking, that is extremely annoying, I have stopped considering it as my primary app for any travel booking. I have also forgotten what is OLAs core business… Is it food delivery? Is cab services… This app has become very useless for me lately.

Ola scamming loyal customers - no customer support
Ola customer support does not exist. I took a 20 minute cab ride in Gurgaon, but due to an app glitch, was charged 5 times the amount, for with incorrect trip calculations at 40 kms, that too with a drop location in Noida. How can you even travel from Gurgaon to Noida in 20 minutes!? I tried raising the issue via app, and via customer support on email, but there has been no reply at all. Zero. Ola is a scam now. Legit.
