Train cancelled
The cancelled my train at last minute, it was impossible to find support from the app. Also it is way better to buy tickets online, cheaper and way effective. You will save money, time and if it gets cancelled there will be responsible to help you sort out the problem or compensate your lost time.

Lack of consideration for the customer. I made a purchase on 04/11/24 through the app, round trip, Lake Como in Italy. The trip was cancelled by Trenord. It's been more than a month and I can't get any feedback from Omio about a refund. Zero attendance!! Absurd!!!

Do not use this app!
I will not use this app again. The app has completely wrong and misleading information regarding change options and cancellations. It says "Unlimited changes" and yet 1 minute after I realized I made a mistake in my booking I could not change. I ended up having to cancel because of slow customer service and it cost me 35% instead of 20%.

I used it for the first time and it would be the last as well, with its bad service, I don't recommend it to anyone at all... you don't know any daily or platform number the train numbers are different from the reality so you need to ask a lot to find your next distention. They don't have any support team, I will definitely delete both of the app and my account ... Too much bad services I can do explain, but it's better not to use this app I don't recommend it to anyone.

I do not recommend it
I made a mistake when buying a ticket, I wanted to cancel or modify, with an insurance contracted that was also worth nothing more than for illnesses and/or accidents, to cancel they did not refund anything, in fact they did not let you do it, to modify as I did not take out the insurance they want so that you can cancel, well 30€/person, What a grace, from costing 80€ one way to costing 140€, obviously I gave up because with that exchange money I could use another type of transport and that took me to the door of my destination, well, be careful when making reservations because they even blame you and stay so calm, without looking for any solution.
