Be4 nw opay had no complaint it was 1 of d best banking apps,though d transaction processes are smooth,ur customer service is too bad,they dont respond and it's annoying,and d updates you pple brought this time around is d worst,right nw am regreting ever banking with you guys.Before this update of requiring OTP and face recognition opay was much easier,my phone was stolen and now I can't access my money,before all I had to do was input my number and password,but this OTP stuff is fustrating!!!

Update should be compulsory
Sometimes people are in the place where they want to make payment , when showing us update , opay should also show us update so that we can pay up for what we bought before updating later because making the update compulsory delays and not every seller has that time to avoid losing customers
