I wanted my free bet instead it took £2 from my account won't be caught next time around will delete emails in future

I've been using this app for years, place multiple bets each week, and neither really up or down, just bet for fun. Liked the free bets, offers and free games, not that I ever won another and now after all these years and hundreds of bets later I'm now no longer eligible to play these free games due to 'business decisions'. What a lovely way to reward loyalty. Well done, you've lost a customer. What a fantastic business model you have.

Paddy power games has gone dreadful I'm getting tired of losing the amounts of money I am here, I've spent over £2000 on the games over the last 2 months and cant even win £10 on a bonus, the most I've won since the start of the year is about £100 but you have to spend roughly £5000 to get that... I'm so disappointed I actually loved paddy power. I get the £5 bonus every week and cant seem to get anything over 50p each time.. I get you cant always win but surely I should get some sort of return?

I used to love Paddy Power until I downloaded your app, never had so much trouble trying to place a bet ie £10 e/way and then be told you can have £3-27 on your selection
