App isn’t good
The app is the issue. The store was “out of wings” but the app sure took my money. If you have a favorite item, add it to your cart, and make an edit the order reverts back to whatever it was before any edits were made. No bacon on the BBQ chicken? Favorite. Then add mushrooms? Bacon is back on it. Also, the store was NOT willing to refund me for the wings that they were “out of” when I called about it!

Have had multiple issues with Papa John's, including late/cold food, mixed up work and home addresses and an unwillingness to correct it and the straw that broke the camels back: $50 minimum for a $20 pizza. Previously, I could blame it on the individual store, but the store doesn't run the app/website. I even went as far to request account deletion, and the tediousness of that process only reinforced my desire to never work with these guys again.

A little deceptive
I ordered from the app but it doesn't tell you they use door dash. When you choose a “local deal” the promo price is shown but after you get your total, door dash upcharges your price. So I picked the family pack for $25 but when papa John's charged my card they changed the price to $30 for the door dash price. Also, it was supposed to be free delivery but door dash added a 4.99 delivery fee. So in short, the PU app never mentioned door dash and my $53 pap John's order got charged to my card as $72.

Repeatedly locked out
I have been repeatedly locked out and unable to sign in on this app. Very frustrating.

I received an email to sign up using an app. Download the app. Tried 3-4 times and it says that they are having difficulty signing me up and says try again later. I Uninstaller the app. If ya can't sign up, what will it be like trying to order from it? Not worth the frustration.
