Worst game ever don’t download

Unhelpful customer support and buggy game
I have been playing this game for over a few years and ever since the new update the game has been buggy and been glitching out where i am not receiving chests, after speaking to customer support i was told that this is normal and it is supposed to happen

It does not fall into hr the data sent to friends. I sent it to my friend who was next to me playing with me and it hasn't reached him yet. And I don't get new msm card playing high anymore. Up the game
