I like the live updates on the iPhone but would Love to have the countdown & extended time option on the Apple Watch.

I would give this horrible and very frustrating app a 0 star due to their deleting method and trying to reset a new password horrible experience and not easy or common at all alow ahh app so pissssssa

Used the app for the first time in a long time. Was surfing and forgot how much time I put (1 or 2 hours). So I paddle in, got back to my car and phone, looked at the phone and in big letters it said “You don't have any active parking sessions right now.” “Wow,” I thought, “good thing I paddled all the way in, walked down the beach to the parking lot, and looked.” So I paid for another hour and a half. Confirmed, then voila, I have TWO sessions. One with half an hour left and one for the new session. Every other parking app with an active session clearly shows A. Your active session and remaining time or B. That your session expired. So you when it just says “you have no active parking…”, it's like you never did park and are opening it for the first time. Why should I have to refresh anything? It should just be running or saying it's expired. It's the only parking app option at this spot in Newport Beach (where you also can't use the PayPal or Apple Pay options…which seems odd that the municipality chooses the payment methods, but maybe that's normal. I've never run into that with other parking apps. So I had to add my credit card, not a huge deal.) Next, when I came back and found that I had no history and started a new session, it also made me add my credit card again (because, again, this location doesn't take the PayPal or Apple Pay option.) Annoying, yes, I just figured that maybe I forgot to tell the app to save my card info, no big deal. So I add the same card again and I have my second session. NOW when I look at my payment options, I have the same card in there twice, and there doesn't seem to be a way to remove any payment methods…just add more. Finally, it doesn't have a iWatch app. So using it at a place where a lot of people can't bring a phone with them, makes this an unfortunate choice of parking apps. So for those reasons I give this app a 2.

As the title says this service is absolute trash. The barcodes they give you never work and you will always have to pay twice for parking. The customer service is a joke and will just immediately end the chat with you any day of the week. Do not recommend, do not use. It's garbage. Scam app

Hope you're not in a rush. Always used a password to log in. Now they want to email a log in link. Never get the emailed link. And yes I've checked the spam and junk folders.

Great to have an app to pay for parking but it is a hassle to only be able to add one day at a time. Also it should give you the date when your parking expires so you don't have to count days/days of the week. Additionally you should be able to enter the date and let the program determine how may days you need.

Should be a way to cancel parking.

Be aware! This app might scam you! It will take your money for parking lots that are not even equipped to accept your ParkMobile receipts. If you dispute, after they asked for all the info from you many times, then tell you "all our payments are non-refundable." They also claim on your booking page that you can get a discounted rate by paying them. When you get to the parking garage, you will find they actually charged more than the rate the garage is charging!

Bugged app that doesn't work properly. I tried to pay for two hours of parking but the app magically scheduled a future 3 hour reservation for me that I can't cancel. I'm going to have to waste time calling their number to get this stupid reservation off of my parking history and then delete the app.
