Messed up my hours
My employer has us use Paylocity for punching in and out. This app recorded that I took a 1 minute lunch almost 2 weeks straight (I take 1 hour lunches) and that I clocked out almost an hour early at the end of the shift. My boss asked me why and I had no idea because I was trusting the app to accurately log my time. She then had my HR lady “audit” and the service falsely claimed that I edited my punches which I did not! I didn't even know I could do that. So buggy! If your HR department uses Paylocity, DON'T TRUST THIS APP FOR YOUR TIME CLOCK! They will mess up your pay check! The developer response blames my company and me for the problem instead of taking responsibility for their bugs in the app.

The bad thing for me is that every time it asks you to change the password, that's a bummer, I always forget so many passwords that I have to be changing and my account is blocked and there is no quick access to solve it

Paylocity does NOT allow the HR Dept. to choose "Exempt" status for tax withholding which is against Federal Document W-4. Thus HR chooses another option which also goes against Federal regulations. Fix your program Paylocity!

I can’t log my time
As soon as I change the hours, it glitches out & resets everything. I tried the desktop version & it's just as flawed.

Frequent password reset required. As if I need a running list of passwords to keep track of. I signed on with company to perform the functions of my career. Data storage and device ownership is not part of my functions. I'll take my flawless record to a different company that does not use Paylocity.

I can't even log in it instantly kicks me out I've seen nothing but bad things about this company and I'm tired of it I'm pretty sure it's a company that steals money from users
