Ridiculous assistance
After arguing in vain with their artificial deficiency because unable to understand even the key words of the discussion, human assistance intervenes, which is the legendary Aziz from Tunisia (sic) writing: "it was May 8 but it is not performed by the bank it was a bank transfer but the bank did not send the money take it with the bank not with PayPal". I know for sure, after checking with the customer, that the sending of money through the aforementioned "bank" was successful, so PayPal in addition to providing a poor service, lies.

The positive reviews are fake
The positive reviews are all fake, these are scammers, just look on the reviews online, they will not let you withdraw money and will tell you every excuse as to why they can't, every call you make to them the excuse will be different, there office is scheduled to be visited by at least 1000 people over the next week who will cause damage

Crashes directly
iOS 17.4.1 Freshly downloaded. Crashes right when I open the app. Terrific... 15.05.2024 Update of the PayPal app performed. It still doesn't work. Unbelievably embarrassing for such a large corporation.

Can no longer use app, dims no interaction
Since recent when the app is opened the screen dims and the app is not responding to input. Cannot tap password field nor any button. Nice.

Horrible customer service
I paid a very large chunk to my card and they didn't make the funds available for 3 weeks! I even called and they wouldn't release the security hold. There was absolutely no warning given either. It wasn't until I needed the funds and called that it was explained to me

I can't create an account
They do not let me create an account and it is urgent to use PayPal, terrible service that there is no customer service if you do not have an account, how do you ask for help to create an account if you do not have an account? It's absurd. The confirmation code does not arrive and there is no other validation option. Abysmal.

Broke
App not working. I removed an old bank acct and tried adding my new one. It won't let me even tho it seemed to work. I did the add bank and did the verification with capital one then it asks me to confirm and I do so. Then it shows some page where it wants you to manually enter bank acct info but then before can do anything it goes to a white page that says if your not automatically directed back to app then click here. Clicking on link does nothing. Hit done instead and it goes back to app but it doesn't show the bank acct I just linked. And the link seems to have worked on my banks end because it shows it's connected to paypal on my captial one app. It's just the paypal side being stupid. I can't get my money. Please fix.
