I've contacted you twice online... Look. If your app takes my money, whether the machine functions correctly or not, then solving the problem by either reimbursement or contacting the machine operators is absolutely your responsibility. Telling me via the "report a problem" function in the app that I need to contact the vendors personally is absolutely ridiculous. I literally just paid $5 for one use of the dryer since neither you or the apartment complex are claiming responsibility. Do better.

The range sucks. From my apt to laundry room is out of range. Needs to be updated to cover all apts using this.

Bad customer service
I loved using this app until I moved out of area and asked for refund on my account. I have made 3 attempts to contact and get no response. Scamming everyone out of their leftover balance
