The account was blocked, they ask for a lot of documents, I can't transfer money to the family stupidly because I don't have the documents that they ask for. Let ordinary people transfer money to families.

There are no transfers except for bank cards, plus they ask for a full package of documents for itendification, the application is another garbage dump for data collection

This bank app is a scam , the logged me out of my account only for them to tell me that my account has been closed, they refused to transfer my balance to the bank details I sent to them via email, they extort people's money, they are scam be careful

At first, everything was fine. Then they blocked the accounts, demanded to verify the identity. They sent a link that does not open the camera. There are much better apps like "fin.do"
