Points expire which is a scam!
Reward points that expire is a scam. I will not be pressured into shopping when I'm not ready to shop. App overall works fine.

The shopping part works. But the I'm here to pick up does not. Even the people at the store couldn't figure it out.

Horrible when ordering special diet . My dog is on a prescription diet. I have to enter the vet info every time I re-order EVEN THOUGH it claims to save the information. And to make matters worse, the order isn't processed until I call in and ask them to approve the order.... and now they're claiming that the credit card is not on file anymore. This isn't ready for prime time, and we're not going to be spending hundreds of dollars a month to get treated so poorly anymore.

Curbside pick up
The “I'm Here” icon does not show in the app for pick up. I have to call the store every time and the employees seem to be annoyed when you call instead of use the app.

"Sorry, we couldn't find what you are looking for. Please try again later." App is useless, completely broken, and even after updates, the same message pops up just from opening the app.

Can't do anything on this app anymore. It doesn't allow me to schedule appointments etc. No need for the app if I have to call everything I want to order or schedule an appt.
