Great toothbrush, bad app
Since this app is also advertised for the price, it is simply too bad. It is never shown exactly where well I've cleaned. In general, only the outside area is detected. The inside very rarely and the upper part of the teeth never. A lot has to change here. Otherwise, the design and a few menu items are quite well thought out. But since the core of the app doesn't work, I can unfortunately only give 2 stars. Please work on it here urgently. EDIT: Even after a reinstallation, the localization of the toothbrush is very poor. I don't have access to Twitter and Facebook.

This app will stay connected to my toothbrush for about two days but will fail to connect afterward. I have to reinstall the app routinely to get it to work. I got sent a replacement handle by customer service, but the new one has the same issue. I can only conclude it's a software problem.

Great app, but I can't find the page where I see my teeth while I use my toothbrush

While the app can sometimes lose its Bluetooth connection to the toothbrush, it does help ensure good brushing coverage through feedback to improve brushing technique: too much pressure, etc. The connection issues can be quite frustrating--otherwise, 5 stars.

Disappointing
Toothbrush is fantastic, but the app is disappointing. Starting with the Philips account - I already have a Philips account for my Hue bulbs, but these are not synchronised. I had to open a new account just for this app. If I want to use my toothbrush for several seconds after guided brushing, it registers these several seconds as new brushing session. It makes no sense. What is more, it is not possible to delete single brushing sessions. Why ??

Slow app
Unfortunately, brushing cycles that are performed without the app are not synchronized afterwards when the Sonicare is switched on. That's a great pity. In addition, the app is very slow and sluggish, even with iPhone 13 and the latest software. So brushing your teeth is no fun!

He does not see where the teeth are brushed, or rather, he does not see all the areas. And now it completely turns off and resets during cleaning

Requires an account for a local Bluetooth connection. All I wanted was to see if it shows the battery charging status via Bluetooth , since the indicator on the brush is useless.
