Awful user experience
Long time Photobox user: quality prints but using the app is excruciating. E.g no way that I can see to switch between glossy and Matt prints without uploading my entire order again. Also seems to reupload photos when you want duplicate copies. No integration between app and site. I'm going to look for a different provider with a functioning app.

It is impossible to create and edit a photobook using this app. I've tried 10 times to make a photobook for my son and each time it reverts to a blank book after editing it a few times. Very frustrating. Don't waste your time, try another app.

NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
It is hugely disappointing to call customer service multiple times on days when they say they are "available" and not have the slightest sign of life, or even an answer by email, after a defective order, the requested photo that has been printed by cutting several of the edges of it. An experience that I do not recommend and that I will not repeat either

Very laborious
Application absolutely not flexible, not at all intuitive and without any explanation. With repetitive actions, especially for the selection of photos multiple times, which inevitably generate errors, especially on a touch screen. Not to mention the "problems" announced, the number of which varies according to the changes from one screen to another. And what's more, photos disappear and are replaced by a grey frame and: "Oops, mistake..." » ! Suffice to say that I almost gave up several times and after trying to cancel completely, but impossible despite the answer Delete, the app still keeps all the selection !! Really, really it's good for the 50 free prints I insisted on. Not sure I'll see me again...

Notification spam
The service works OK, but be warned- after ordering you'll be flooded with a never-ending deluge of ads in your notification tray. You can't turn these off without also turning off important transaction notifications. There are loads of competing services so I'll probably try somewhere else next time.

It is impossible to log in to the app or website despite changing your password. No answer to emails for a week. Loyal customer for 8 years, it's getting worse and worse at Photobox...
