Picture Insect, *please* add a World Map like Picture This has, and use it to show where the insect is native, exotic, invasive, etc. Please do not count "naturalized" as "native" when you add this feature. This would make your app so much more useful to those of us trying to learn our native insects!

I got no text 48 hours beforehand it said it would! No email either! I'd it downloaded for an hour or 2 then uninstalled it. It was installed less than 24 hours!& now this app has taken the last 30 euro I have!😭Who can I contact or talk to about the app taking my last 30 euro when the app wasn't even installed & never got any 48 hour warning like it said it would. I can't believe this!😭When I thought life can't get any worse then I see this as I'm trying to checkout at Tesco! How embarrassing!

There is no way for me to cancel the free week of this app. I hate when App designers do this. It's so underhanded and it s/be illegal!

STRANGELY DISMISSIVE
For those of you seeking a true identifier of insects, I would probably venture to say this is not the correct app. It's full of grammatical errors which automatically would make one step away from something, especially when it comes to identifying potential pests and dangerous insects. Anything that is not 100% venomous is pretty much dismissed with the “there's no need to be overly concerned. “ the app launches into these curious praises/ descriptions and… Look… If you love insects that's great. But for those of us who are being faced with horrible allergic reactions, it's advice and identification ring very Hollow. Maybe it's a language difference as well. I'm guessing this was crafted somewhere out of side of the English-speaking world which is fine but at least use a spellcheck.
