Extremely slow, freezing up, had to rest app 4 times just to make an order. Shouldn't take 30 min to order a pizza, makes me not want to go back. Very disappointing.

My app is up-to-date and yet it always crashes while ordering food....causing me to start over & then over & over again!! Sometimes it takes 10+ attempts to place one successful order to get my rewards‼️ Very disappointing‼️💯

I think it's complete bs you charge a $5 "delivery fee" that doesn't go to the drivers. You use doordash drivers. Why am I paying YOU a delivery fee when YOU don't deliver it???

Easy to use, easy to customize and all the local coupons to the store nearest to my location (or if I choose another location too). No complaints here, I love The Hut! Edit: 05/15/24 needs an optimization, the fonts are huge as if I'm older so they don't fit or show everything correctly... I have my screen zoom small and fonts small, this is kinda wonky.

If the store closest to me, that I'm ordering from, is CLOSED, tell me IMMEDIATELY, not when I hit the "Confirm Order" button. Madness I tell you. Your literal only saving grace is that you're open late, otherwise Little Caesars is outpizzaing The Hut by a mile.
