The scanner is worthless
I scanned 10 different plants and the scanner was not close to finding the right or a similar plant.

Doesn’t update upcoming tasks
App doesn't update upcoming tasks when you are overdue. For example, I went out of town unexpectedly this weekend and came home and completed the tasks (watering) that I should have done 2 days ago. Not a problem, but when I check when I need to water again it says 2 days, so it has not updated the info. If I water again in two days I will probably kill them. If I wanted to schedule to fit again I would have to wait for it to catch up or remove and re add the plants. It is a good app to give you a general idea or follow religiously, or to look up info about specific plants, but I can't rely on this schedule unless it updates based on when I complete it. Would be real easy to implement too so it doesn't make sense to me unless you have to do it like this when you don't water for a few days.

No Trial Membership option
Why would anyone pay $36 to try an app? How do I know it will even help? And you have to go through the entire registration process before they paywall you. I have no problem paying for an app but I wouldn't buy a car before test-driving it or buying a new pair of jeans without trying them on.

Waste of Time and Money - Don’t even bother
Things that you get for this pricey subscription: - Endless chat with a bot that goes nowhere. - No LIVE person in the customer service team. Even though they're charging you an arm and a leg for their subscription. - When a person finally gets around to respond to your inquiry (you will have to wait several days for this response), the response is basically more questions that will get more delays to get answers. It's an endless cycle of time wasted. - Basically the app can not help you diagnose what's wrong with your plant by taking a picture of your sick plant. I am sure, the app's developers will see this comment and proceed to apologize profusely without providing a real solution to any of this issues, empty platitudes not conducive to a real helpful answer. Or maybe their bot will have a preordained automated response since they don't have a real staff in real time to service their customers. Either way, I don't see this business model flourishing when customers are basically paying for a delayed service response if at all that creates an endless loop of more questions. You're better off just going to your local plant nursery and getting the answers you need in real time by real people.

Plant movement The plants are kept outside during the active season. Is there any way to move the existing data location, like from the living room to the balcony? I would also like to be able to move it. It is very tedious to re-create new data and I am married to growing with the correct data.

Missing pest management features
I am a premium subscriber and have been using the app daily for the past couple of months for my indoor plant collection. The navigation of the app is really great, and even of the addition of the store to purchase plants is good. One feature I would love to see added is pest management. Whether preventive or reactionary, I would love the ability to log what kind I used on which plants and then schedule when the next treatment needs to be. Most methods require multiple treatments. Right now I am using the notes part of the app to write when I applied something, but it is not as easy to keep track of as the other maintenance pieces for the plants.

I really like this app, but I really miss the ability: • to add a note to all plants; This function was useful when all plants are being treated for a parasite, for example, spider mites, and you need to mark when the plants have been treated. • assign the disease to the plant yourself; Now I'm fighting spider mites and it turns out that all the plants nearby are infected. Otherwise, the app is great, it makes many of my plants look much better and makes them much easier to care for.

Heap subscriptions each crumb costs extra purest rip-off 36 euros paid for plants to recognize, plants doctor costs again extra subscription who is up for it likes I actually want my money back! Garbage
