Terrible
No real support if anything goes wrong. Lots of bot menus, none of which lead to a satisfactory conversation. App functions OK as Long as you don't feel the need to speak with anyone… no one is ever there and there's little option to leave a message. Very frustrating, almost useless. Just don't make a mistake!

Overly complicated for banking app. Poor banking experience, not helped by a complicated app, that makes you feel as if yiu have no control over your finances.

Non-existent customer service. Access to deposited funds is impossible. Do you know why I never take a low-cost airline? So as not to have to endure their deplorable service. Plum team also mediocre, unable to give me deadlines. A team of amateurs. On Monday, I will file a complaint for theft. They don't want to give me back the funds I deposited. To close Plum, you have to empty your kitties... Problem impossible to empty them or make a transfer to his bank account.

Outright scam
Several photos to support it: I have money on what they call the pocket, but when I want to withdraw them they write that I have no money available on it, that my balance is at 0€. However, they make it clear that there is no minimum withdrawal amount. I sent a first message that remained unanswered and that (strangely) disappeared from my inbox... So I recreated a second conversation, a little less pretty because it was angry +++ In addition, I want to close my account but for that I have to wait for the transfers in progress. Once the transfers were done, I paused my automations for a year, but one of them still started, so I have to wait AGAIN for this new transfer... In short, this app is a beautiful s**** !!

Can’t withdraw money because of “routine” checks
They don't allow me to withdraw money from my account, the reason they are giving is because they need to do operational checks, waiting for a week now. I asked for more details about the regulations and checks they are doing but I'm getting the same answers. That they have to do the checks and try to finish the proces as quickly as possible. Your money is safe. Well it would be nice to know what checks they have to do/are doing and how long it will take. The app by itself works to save money, but if I can't acces my own saved money it's kind of a waste of saving the money in the first place. I hope to be able to withdraw my money soon…

Customer service is appalling
I've used plum for almost 5 years now and they randomly froze my account. I've been trying o contact customer service with no response. Might be time to switch to another platform

Very poor customer service
The customer service at plum is almost non existent. They have no contact number and the “chat to a human” messenger is hopeless you just get passes from person to person every few hours and don't ever get the problem solved. They can also not proved you with a bank statement.
