Should rename PUSHcare
I'm happy with my doctor, but the company is constantly pushing for me to set up more doctor appointments, hence the lower rating. Getting real, relevant responses through the care team messaging system is a challenge. Hope they make improvements, they have lots of competition.

Billing Issues Every time I used it
So to put it simply I was charged 3 times for one appointment and when I called they refused to help me and told me to call my bank. They charge you before you have an appointment and if the doctor doesn't show or there is a technical issue they have to refund you that money, which they told me they could not do because they didn't see that I was charged for despite me sending them a screen shot of my bank account. I recommend using Zocdoc instead.

False advertising
Do NOT get subscribers by indicating you can help with fertility or women's health. I entered my search, the provider popped up and he said my request was out of his scope of service.

Mixed feelings
The doctors are wonderful & have worked with me to get the best results. The app has some annoying features, especially when scheduling an appointment more than a month out. Also for every prior authorization I'm required to fill out the same very detailed application form, including all relevant past history. Again, this isn't the end of the world but it's unnecessary and frustrating. The support team is slow to get things like prior authorizations processed. I've more than once run out of medication waiting for them to complete my request. So ultimately 3 stars, but I'm still using the app.

This app is decent, but anytime I try to schedule anything but a same day appointment with my doctor, it says there are no appointments available. When I go online he has lots of appointments on other days. This seems like a pretty basic feature to QA.

Both my insurance card and my EOB from my Plushcare insurance claims say I owe $0 for my Plushcare visits, but Plushcare charged me for them. I've spent months trying to get refunded, but it has been impossible. They even charged my insurance for a "specialist" visit (even though they are Primary Care only) so that they could get more money. I liked the ease of seeing a doctor, but with the billing errors and impossible resolution, I won't be using Plushcare again.

Provider Never Arrived
I scheduled a 8:15am with Dr. Meredith Bourne and she never showed up for the appointment. I gave it until 8:30am and sent a support message, but received nothing back. Of course I was still charged for the visit even though my provider no called, no showed.

I am an actual member/patient that has a current care plan prescribed by Plushcare. The medication they prescribed was knowingly out of stock. For weeks I have tried at multiple pharmacies and been unable to get the medication filled. Plushcare's answer is to bill you for another appointment to come up with a different care plan. 100% guarantee of what? No real responses, either automated or reading from a script. My opinion and experience is this is not a professional service.

Money grab
It should not require an appointment every time the medication needs a refill or the pharmacy needs switched because there is a shortage or whatever it may be. They demand you to make 10 appointments within a weeks time to get something any other medical office can get done in 10 minutes. They get nasty with you when you try to message them and ask for them to resend the script they wrote and demand you make an appointment- for what? Each appointment costing $150-200. By the time I could get the script they wrote, I have already spent $600 so now I can't afford my script. This company is a scam. I'm sure it's great if you have tens of thousands of dollars to blow on mediocre medical care and no job and nothing to do all day but make appointments. But what is that- like 5 people in the US in this economy?
