Only received half my order
I only received half of my order and Poshmark customer service has done nothing about it.

Slow shipping
The number of days Poshmark gives sellers ship is ridiculous. Example: ordered May 4. Still have not received 10 days later. For 1-3 day priority mail shipping, a 7 day window is too long. Was shorter pre-COVID and they never changed it back.

Too many recent rip offs by this company.
As seems to be the new standard for apps in the Apple App Store, this sales app is ripping off not only the sellers, but the buyers too. And on top of that they have the audacity to give people phony excuses and fake apologies that are nothing more than a slap in the face. They spitting in your faces and laughing all the way to the bank! AND APPLE DOES ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! WHY ARE THESE APPS ALLOWED TO RIP OFF EVERYONE WITH IPHONES?! I NEVER HAD THESE ISSUES WITH GOOGLE PLAY STORE APPS! THEY ALWAYS FORCED THESE APPS TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT WITH THE PEOPLE WHO GOT RIPPED OFF BY APPS IN THEIR STORE! And if it became a pattern Google kicked the app out of their store. Apple's greed and complete disregard for the safety, security, and privacy of the people who buy and use their phones is beyond understanding. The people running the company seem to be bent on destroying it. It's no wonder they have so many class action lawsuits against them!

Why won’t you improve SEARCH??????
Please look at the realreal's search feature. The user can select multiple sub-categories, amongst other huge benefits. I can't buy what I can't find AND I don't have unlimited time to search. When search results for clothes populate with 50% accessories, I quit Poshmark and use another platform.

Let me control how I browse to shop
(1) every time I launch the app, I am presented with a message to join a show; I don't watch shows; I don't want to have to dismiss this message every time I launch (2) stop sellers from overwhelming me with messages (3) standard shipping charge is excessive (4) let me customize the menu of “My …” items; I do not use most of these, yet the only two I use are quite far down the list (5) the number of saved searches is limited; why? eBay does not have this limitation (6) the “news” feed is ridiculous; just a bunch of spam (7) unable to delete messages from the “news” list Six software flaws with your app; that is pretty poor. No wonder I use eBay much more than I use this app. You do have one thing in common with eBay; you only care about the seller; there is no regard for the buyer

I am extremely disappointed with my experience as a seller on Poshmark. It is evident that Poshmark prioritizes the interests of scammers over honest individuals and shows a complete lack of support to sellers in these situations. Poshmarks allowance of fraudulent claims to go unchecked while neglecting to support Sellers is unacceptable. As a result, I have lost trust in Poshmark as a platform for buying and selling. I urge others to exercise caution when using their services.
